Massena Power Plant

The Massena Power Plant is located in Massena, New York on the grounds of the Alcoa West. This plant is configured as a one-on-one combined cycle/cogeneration facility. The 92 MW plant utilizes a multitude of clean-burning fuel to generate electricity including natural gas, #2 fuel oil, and up to a B99 blend of biodiesel.
